Duurzaamheid \/ MVO<\/h1>\n

Bij Duovorm dragen we ook voor buiten onze eigen muren een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel met ons mee. Verantwoord ondernemen gaat immers verder dan de eigen organisatie. We hechten daarom veel waarde aan het groeien op een maatschappelijk verantwoorde manier, waarbij milieu, omgeving en mens gespaard wordt. Hoe we dit waarmaken? Duurzaamheid wordt weerspiegelt in onze milieuvriendelijke verpakking, maatschappelijk organiseren \u00e9n duurzaam assortiment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

Milieuvriendelijk inpakken<\/h2>\n

De bestellingen onbeschadigd bij de klant af laten leveren staat voor ons natuurlijk op nummer \u00e9\u00e9n. Maar op een goede tweede plaats staat het milieuvriendelijk inpakken van de bestelling. Dit houdt onder andere in dat we bij Duovorm werken met dozen van vele maten, zodat een bestelling nooit in een onnodig grote doos verstuurd hoeft te worden. Hiermee besparen we niet alleen op de hoeveelheid karton van de dozen, maar ook op het opvulmateriaal om de producten schadevrij over te kunnen brengen. Daarnaast gooien we in de hele organisatie zo min mogelijk plastic weg. Plastic dat binnenkomt via pakketten van leveranciers wordt opnieuw gebruikt voor het inpakken van eigen bestellingen en overig plastic in het pand wordt zoveel mogelijk weggebracht voor recycling.<\/p>\n

Maatschappelijk organiseren<\/h2>\n

Bij ons krijgt iedereen een kans. Aan de ene kant betekent dit dat we altijd openstaan voor nieuwe relaties, maar aan de andere kant spreken we ook meteen over ons diverse team. Bij Duovorm geven we alle teamleden graag het gevoel dat ze probleemloos mee kunnen draaien in de maatschappij, door ook mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt passende kansen te bieden. Teamleden met alle soorten achtergronden zijn voor Duovorm van grote waarde.<\/p>\n\t

Van lokaal tot internationaal<\/h2>\n

Niet alleen op grote schaal zorgen we ervoor dat Duovorm als maatschappelijk verantwoorde en duurzame organisatie kan worden gezien. Ook lokaal dragen we ons steentje bij. Zo zijn we graag betrokken bij het onderwijs, door stageplekken aan te bieden en jonge talenten de kans te geven om zich te ontwikkelen. Maar ook voor lokale sportclubs en gemeenschappelijke belangen zetten we ons in.<\/p>\n\t

Duurzaam assortiment<\/h2>\n

We are of the opinion that our customers should be able to have access to sustainable products. As a consequence, we carry a multitude of brands that are actively engaged in sustainable production. For instance, Hermeta is Cradle to Cradle certified and Blum has been putting great effort in reducing its brand’s environmental footprint for years. Moreover, our shops feature products that are made from materials that are proven to be extremely durable, such as stainless steel furniture hardware. In addition, we also carry products made from natural materials like wood. Our own Duovorm products also are made with sustainability in mind. For instance, our Duovorm blinds are FSC certified and our wooden dowels have a PEFC certification.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
